So excited about your trip to England and now to Ireland. Don't know whether your dad told you, but your great-grandparents (my parents) were born in Ireland, which makes me first generation American and also entitles me to dual citizenship.
From all that I've been reading, Ireland has been experiencing a techno-boom for the last 13 years and that even their cuisine has taken an upswing. This is good, because having grown up with "Irish" cooking, it's long overdue.
Went to the new blog location and was able to see the one photo of you, the one where you're seated and a full frontal view (wow, sounds pornographic, but that's not what I meant). However, it's easier to post a comment from this location.
Love reading about your London, as well as your other country adventures.
